Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging construction materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work hard in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
