Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates).
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- No prior construction experience required for Entry Level positions.
