Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment on the job site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, such as jackhammers, drills, and saws.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving heavy items.
- Read and interpret basic site instructions and safety signage.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
