Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, trenching, and basic demolition.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) as directed.
- Perform general cleanup duties and trash removal after shifts.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions.
