Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in excavation, grading, and site clearing under supervision.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate and maintain heavy construction equipment and hand tools.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials with precision and care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Support Tasks: Perform general labor tasks including digging, tamping, and assisting skilled trades.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Preferred).
- Experience: Prior construction or general labor experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
