Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and manual labor
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and basic site inspections
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- No prior experience required
- Must pass pre-employment physical screening
