Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with foundational construction tasks
- Perform quality checks on completed work sections
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather
- Valid California driver's license for equipment operation
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across SF
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability for weekday/weekend shifts
