Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain organized, clean work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Perform general labor duties including digging, shoveling, and debris removal
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality/reliability
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor Tucson heat conditions
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- No formal experience required—training provided
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
