Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Perform general site cleanup, including sweeping, shoveling, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Albuquerque job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
