Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free site.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and hauling debris.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Valid state-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
