- Participate in general site cleanup and debris removal
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in Arizona climate conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
