Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and painting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by removing debris and following strict safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project managers.
- Perform general site cleanup and ensure all tools are returned to storage properly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
