Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and site preparation work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Operate light machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper training
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
- Adapt to changing project schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
