Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery safely including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant worksite
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
- Report safety hazards and maintain equipment functionality
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Pre-employment drug screening required
