Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site preparation and construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport heavy construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of consistent attendance.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to the San Francisco job site.
