Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols rigorously
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
- Support carpenters and skilled trades with material assembly
- Inspect work areas for hazards and maintain cleanliness
- Participate in toolbox meetings and safety training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
