Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install/assemble structural components under supervisor guidance
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on completed work sections
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Successful background/drug screening
- Equipment operation endorsements (forklift, skid steer)
