Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, excavators) with precision and safety
- Construct foundations, frameworks, and structural elements under supervision
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols at all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain clean and organized work environments
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
