Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Install, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout construction phases
- Document daily progress and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in power tools (saws, drills, grinders) and hand tools
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Maricopa County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
