Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and instructions
- Maintain safe work environments and follow OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating equipment
- Participate in project-specific training and skill development
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- No experience necessary – training provided
