Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading materials, and cleaning the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction activities.
- Operate construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Unload and organize materials from delivery trucks to ensure project readiness.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report any potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
