Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, pouring concrete, and carpentry support.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
