Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Construct and install structural frameworks per blueprints
- Apply finishes including concrete pouring and drywall installation
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean MVR
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Blueprint reading and basic math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
