Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Install formwork and concrete structures per blueprints
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment daily
- Collaborate with carpenters and electricians on integrated projects
- Inspect completed work for compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and measurements
- Flexible schedule including weekend availability
