Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs and physically demanding tasks
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project timelines
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work in all weather conditions at elevated heights
- Experience with construction sites preferred but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
