Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure worksite.
- Transport materials between storage areas and job sites.
Qualifications
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
