We are currently hiring for various projects across the Albuquerque metro area and surrounding regions in New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site tasks and operations.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and concrete pouring assistance.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right candidates.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
