Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power drills, under supervision.
- Concrete & Framing: Assist in mixing concrete, pouring foundations, and supporting framing structures.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team structure and follow instructions.
- Tools: Willingness to learn how to use and handle basic hand and power tools.
- Background: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
