Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and understand blueprints and basic site layouts.
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
