Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various construction duties.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and site plans.
- Assist in concrete placement and finishing where necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required (we train the right candidates).
