Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform physical labor as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Transport tools and supplies between work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy items.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
