We are urgently hiring for projects across North Carolina and need reliable workers ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and setup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, or rough carpentry tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
