Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and structural assembly
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Support material inventory management and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
