Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
