Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions provided by supervisors.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting as directed.
- Assist in excavation, demolition, or framing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
