Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks and installations.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
