Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and according to instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform digging, tamping, and general site preparation as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long durations.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred) and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
