Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
