Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and concrete work.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and general cleanup duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
- Safety-conscious attitude and a strong work ethic.
