Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform general cleanup of the construction site and debris removal daily.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly without injury.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards.
