Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Support demolition and site preparation activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Commitment to safety and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
