Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, cutting, and mixing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (e.g., saws, drills, forklifts) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Perform site preparation, including grading, tamping, and excavation support.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations strictly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
