Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with manual tasks per project requirements
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain accident-free environments
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work weekends/OT as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with concrete, framing, or excavation a plus
