Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks on the job site.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in general construction labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
