Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal to maintain a safe environment.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and according to operational guidelines.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, roofing, or landscaping tasks as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
