Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist with basic carpentry, concrete finishing, and landscaping duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Help set up and break down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
