Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, drawings, and safety plans.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team setting.
