Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting for long durations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
