Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Participate in physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow construction procedures
