Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Support concrete work, demolition, and excavation activities
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with team members
- Report safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical work
- Must possess reliable transportation and punctuality
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
